01Is TrazaLink a laboratory directory?
No. TrazaLink is the packet invitation flow: the surgeon sends the fabrication link and the lab registers on that packet.
02Does it replace TrazaChat?
No. TrazaChat is the case messenger inside the packet. TrazaLink is how the lab enters and stays bound.
03What is the difference between Case and Order on the packet?
Case means there is no fabrication order yet: TrazaChat may be open but design stays locked. Order releases design after lab registration.
04Does the lab need a clinic account?
The lab registers with the minimal in-packet lab form. The #/p/ link opens the packet without prior clinic login.
05Is this the same as the lab → surgeon packet?
No. The surgeon shares #/p/ (fabrication). When the lab invites the surgeon to review, it uses a separate #/s/ packet — another desk flow.
