Calendar

Deadlines and appointments, in one calendar.

The laboratory sees its production by stage, closes the days it does not fabricate, and agrees each delivery. The clinic follows its cases and schedules its patients. Each event is seen by the people you choose.

Laboratory calendar in Month view, October 2026: cases by stage, the 29th and 30th marked Closed, and the filters Treatment design, Fabrication, Try-in, Delivery, New, Hold, and Overdue.

Who sees it

Each event, in view of the people you choose.

Three event types, three rules. Pick one and see Thursday the 29th on your calendar, on a technician's, and on a clinic's.

The person who creates an event sees it. You choose which people on your team and which clinics you show it to.

RuleThe clinic sees the event you share with it, and cannot edit it.

Who sees it: you, Technician Paula Vega.

For the laboratory

Your production, your deadlines, your team.

You see each case on its date, close the days you do not fabricate, agree deliveries with your clinics, and decide what each person sees.

Production

Each case, on its date.

The laboratory calendar puts each case on its delivery date, with its stage color and the clinic that sent it.

  • Filter by stage.

Treatment design, Fabrication, Try-in, Delivery, New, Hold, and Overdue.

  • Month, Week, Day, or Timeline.

Timeline shows the month as bars, from when the case comes in to its delivery.

  • The reason, on view.

What you write when you move a case to Hold or Request shows on the calendar, without opening the case.

Laboratory Week view: each case with its patient, its stage, and its status, among them Paola Navarro in Treatment design, next to the events Scanner calibration and Design block.

Deadlines

Closed days, dates you agree.

You close the days you do not fabricate, and your clinics cannot set a delivery there. If someone proposes another date, the other side decides.

New event on the Unavailable tab: from December 24, 2026 to January 1, 2027, with a vacation note for the clinics.

Your team

Each seat sees its calendar.

In Settings → Team you decide, person by person, which part of the calendar opens. From the calendar, an administrator assigns each case to a technician.

For the dentist

Your laboratory and your office, in one calendar.

You follow your cases at the laboratory and schedule your patients knowing whether the work arrives on time.

Production and Appointments

Your cases and your schedule, one click away.

The clinic calendar has two views: what is at the laboratory and what happens in your office.

Clinic calendar on Production, Week view: Production 13, Appointments 48, and each case with its laboratory, its stage, and whether it is Sent or In lab.

Patient appointments

The appointment knows how the case is going.

When you schedule a patient you link their case, and the appointment shows where the laboratory's work stands.

  • Link the case.

It is optional: you search for the case and the appointment follows it.

  • Lab status.

None, Sent, In lab, Received, or Overdue. With a linked case, it comes from the case.

  • Start and end time.

Each appointment has them, and it can repeat every day, week, or month.

White label

The base comes ready. What is yours, we program.

With the white-label subscription, the calendar carries your logo and the TrazaLab team programs on your account the rules your way of working needs.

Custom

Built for one laboratory.

A laboratory asked that its dentists not be able to create a case without an intraoral scan. The TrazaLab team programmed it on their account.

  • The rule.

Intraoral scan required, on its dentists' Digital Rx.

  • Only on their account.

It applies to that laboratory and its clinics.

  • On your calendar, the same.

A date rule, a notice, or a view: you describe it and we program it for your account.

How you ask

Ask for it the way you work.

White-label laboratories and clinics describe what they need. The TrazaLab team builds it on their account.

  1. Tell us how you work.

From Support on your desk or on a call: which dates you close, how many cases you accept, who should see each thing.

  2. We program it on your account.

The TrazaLab team builds the styling, the rule, or the behavior you asked for, only on your account.

  3. Your team and your clinics use it.

The rule lives in the same calendar they already open every day.

Already built to order

  • Case cap per clinic.

It started as one laboratory's request and now comes on everyone's calendar.

  • Intraoral scan required.

A case-creation rule one laboratory asked for, for its dentists.

  • People in TrazaChat Mobile.

Your clinics and your team in one list, each with their latest message, for the laboratories that asked for it.
