Lab Solo and Lab Pro use the clinic portal (no dentist seats). Lab Network (10) and Lab Enterprise (20) can provision managed surgeon accounts — full desk on dentist.trazalab.com, locked to that lab. If a clinic subscribes on its own, it needs its own plan. An invite between independent accounts connects collaboration; it does not replace the lab’s managed seats or a clinic’s own plan.
