Stage Flow
8 stages, from submission to delivery
Every order in TrazaLab follows an 8-stage flow. Transitions are automatic — when the lab completes a stage, the next one activates without manual intervention.

Submitted
Your order has been submitted to the lab. The system verifies all required information is complete before activating the next stage.
Validating
The lab reviews files, photos and prescription. If something is missing or unclear, they contact you via the order-linked TrazaChat — not personal WhatsApp.
Design
The lab works on the digital design. When finished, they upload the 5 design views and the order automatically advances to Review.
Review
Your turn. Review the design views, approve or reject with annotations. When all are approved, it advances to Milling.
Milling
The lab fabricates the piece. When finished, the order advances to Try-In and you receive a notification to schedule the clinical appointment.
Try-In
You do the clinical test and complete the structured evaluation. If everything is correct, it advances to Final Milling. If there are adjustments, it returns to the lab.
Final Milling & Complete
The lab fabricates the definitive piece. When marked as ready, the order moves to Complete and is archived in your history with all documentation: photos, designs, evaluations, chat.
Automatic transitions: You don't need to manually move orders between stages. TrazaLab detects when each step is complete and advances the order automatically. You only act on stages requiring your clinical decision: Review and Try-In.

Notifications appear within TrazaLab and as browser push notifications. One tap takes you directly to the order needing attention — no searching through an inbox.
The difference from WhatsApp: A WhatsApp message says "your case is ready". A TrazaLab notification says "Order #TZ-0847 — María García — Full Arch Upper moved to Review stage — 5 design views available". Full context, immediate action.
