Case Structure

The case
starts from
the arch.

Each tooth defines the type of work. Each bridge connects the units. And the pipeline carries everything to delivery — without anyone asking "what stage is it at".

Order per Patient

One order. The entire case.

Each patient has a single order containing everything: selected teeth, work type per unit, defined bridges, materials, shade, clinical files, digital prescription, and the complete communication history.

No loose files. No lost versions. The surgeon and the lab see exactly the same thing, in real time.

Frequently asked questions

Yes. The stages are fully configurable per lab. If your workflow is Design - Printing - Sintering - Try-in - Delivery, you can set it up that way. Each stage has its own validation rules and permissions.

Yes. Both sides see the same status in real time. The doctor doesn't need to call to ask what stage the case is at. They open the app, see the current stage, and if something needs their attention, they get the notification.

The rejection is documented with the reason, date, and author. The technician sees exactly what to fix. The new version is uploaded to the case and the doctor can approve from their phone. The full version history stays linked.

Automatic WhatsApp alerts at 5, 3, and 1 day before the deadline. The admin, doctor, and technician receive alerts based on their notification settings. No case ever falls behind without someone knowing.
