AUTOMATIC TRANSITIONS
When you mark a case as "milling completed," the surgeon receives automatic notification. When the surgeon completes try-in feedback, you receive the notification. Each transition moves the case to the next state without extra manual action.
Bidirectional visibility: The surgeon sees their case fabrication status in real time. They do not need to call to ask "is it ready?" You do not need to answer that question 10 times a day.
CLINICAL EVALUATION
Try-In Feedback
After PMMA milling, you send the provisional piece to the surgeon. The surgeon tests on the patient and fills a structured evaluation on TrazaLab. You receive the feedback organized by category — not in a 3-minute voice note.
STRUCTURED EVALUATION
The surgeon fills the structured Try-In Evaluation form with standard clinical criteria (lip support, midline, smile arc, VDO, occlusion, phonetics, fit, esthetics). Each criterion is recorded — you receive the case with the evaluation attached, not by loose chat.

LIP SUPPORT
Pass. Correct facial profile.
MIDLINE
Pass. Centered with philtrum.
SMILE ARC
Pass. Follows lower lip.
VDO
Minor adjustment. Reduce 0.5mm in posterior zone.
OCCLUSION
High spot on tooth 36. Adjust mesial contact.
PHONETICS
Pass. S, F, V sounds correct.
SCREW ACCESS
Pass. All access holes functional.
MARGINAL FIT
Pass. Passive fit confirmed.
ADDITIONAL SURGEON NOTE
"Patient satisfied with overall aesthetics. Only need the VDO and occlusion adjustments mentioned above. Once corrected, proceed to final milling in zirconia."

ACTIONABLE FEEDBACK
Each try-in category has a clear verdict and specific note. You do not receive "something needs adjusting" — you receive "reduce 0.5mm in VDO posterior zone." You can act immediately.
TRY-IN PHOTOS INCLUDED
The surgeon attaches clinical try-in photos alongside the evaluation. You see the piece in mouth, not just the written description. This lets you visually assess whether adjustments are minor or require redesign.
Why it matters: The structured evaluation captures the specific adjustments that would normally get lost in a phone call or WhatsApp voice note. Each criterion is written next to the piece — when you start final milling, you know exactly what to modify and what to leave alone.
FINAL PRODUCTION
Final milling
With try-in feedback incorporated, you proceed to final material milling. TrazaLab documents which adjustments you applied, creating a complete traceability record from original design to final piece.
DOCUMENTED ADJUSTMENTS
When you advance the order to Final Fabrication, the system asks for confirmation. The try-in evaluation with all the surgeon's criteria and notes stays visible on the case — if the surgeon later asks "did you apply the VDO adjustment?", you open the order and point to the try-in note next to the fabrication state.

NO ADJUSTMENTS = DIRECT MILLING
If the try-in was approved with no observations, the case advances to final milling with one click. No mandatory intermediate steps — the flow simplifies itself when there is nothing to adjust.
COMPLETE TRACEABILITY
The case record now contains: original design, lab annotations, surgeon approval, try-in feedback, applied adjustments, and final milling confirmation. All in a queryable linear history.
Legal protection: If a case has post-delivery issues, TrazaLab has the complete record: what adjustments were requested, which were applied, who approved each stage. This protects both the lab and the surgeon.
CASE CLOSURE
Delivery and case complete
The last step: coordinate delivery, confirm reception, and close the case. TrazaLab tracks every point of the delivery process so both parties have full visibility.
TRACKABLE DELIVERY
When you mark the case as "shipped," you can add tracking number or delivery method. The surgeon sees the piece is on its way. When they confirm reception, the case is marked as completed.

AWAITING CONFIRMATION
Surgeon must confirm reception
CASE COMPLETE
Closes upon confirmed reception
We continuously enhance the interface to deliver a premium experience. The view in your account may vary slightly.
CASE COMPLETE = CLOSED RECORD
When the surgeon confirms reception, the case closes with a date/time stamp. The complete record is archived: original order, validation, designs (all versions), try-in, adjustments, final milling, and delivery confirmation. Queryable at any time.
AUTOMATIC REMINDER
If the surgeon does not confirm reception within 48 hours, TrazaLab sends an automatic reminder. You do not have to chase confirmations — the system does it for you.
PRODUCTION METRICS
With each closed case, TrazaLab accumulates data about your operation: average design-to-delivery time, versions per case, post-try-in adjustment rate, and delivery efficiency. Data that helps you optimize your production.
Full cycle: From when the surgeon submitted the order to when they confirmed final piece reception, everything is in TrazaLab. A linear, auditable, queryable history. No more "what happened with that case?" followed by 20 minutes searching through WhatsApp.
