IF YOU DO NOT HAVE AN ACCOUNT YET
The email link takes you to signup. Once you create your account with the same email the invitation was sent to, the connection with the lab is established automatically. TrazaLab verifies that the email matches before activating the connection.
RECEIVED INVITATIONS
If you already have an account and a lab invites you, you will see the invitation in Laboratory on your panel, under "Received invitations". Each card has an Accept or Decline button. No need to wait for the email: it shows up directly.
BIDIRECTIONAL CONNECTION
Both parties must accept the connection. Neither the surgeon nor the lab can see the other's data without mutual consent. The connection can be disconnected at any time from the same Laboratory view.
For labs: The surgeon invitation is sent from the Surgeons view in the lab dashboard. Enter the email and click Invite. If the surgeon already has a TrazaLab account, the connection is offered instantly.

If your lab does not use TrazaLab yet, you can invite them. The invitation lands in the lab's inbox with a link to create an account and connect with you in a single step.

In the surgeon side panel, open the Laboratory view. You find an email field and an Invite Lab button. Enter the email of the technician or owner of your lab and send.

MULTIPLE INVITATIONS AT ONCE
If you work with multiple labs, send an invitation to each one. Pending invitations show up on your panel until accepted or declined. You can resend or cancel any of them at any time.
THE EMAIL MATTERS
TrazaLab verifies that the recipient email matches the account they create or already have. If the lab wants to register with a different email, the invitation will not activate. Make sure you use the email the lab actually checks.
Typical use case: The surgeon has used TrazaLab for months with their primary lab. Today they want to add a second lab for specific cases — open Laboratory, send the invitation, and the next day they can send orders to that second lab from the same panel.

REAL-TIME SYNC
If the lab updates their materials, adds a new implant system, or changes their Photo Gates, your order form updates automatically on next session. No manual intervention.
MULTIPLE CONNECTIONS
You can be connected to multiple labs simultaneously. When creating an order, you select the destination lab and TrazaLab loads the corresponding configuration. Each lab maintains its own independent configuration.
Smart adaptation: If one lab works with monolithic zirconia and another with lithium disilicate, your prescription fields change based on the selected lab. You do not see irrelevant options — only what that lab can fabricate.
