Each file is associated with a specific order, a patient, and a workflow step. No loose folders or orphan files — everything has context.

No practical limits
Up to 5 GB per file
High-resolution CBCT and STL files are enormous. Email rejects them. WeTransfer loses them. TrazaLab accepts them and links them directly to the order.

EUROPEAN UNION STORAGE
All files are stored on Cloudflare R2 infrastructure with nodes in the European Union. AES-256 encryption at rest. Compatible with GDPR requirements for health data.
COMPARISON WITH EMAIL
Gmail limits attachments to 25 MB. Outlook to 20 MB. A single STL scan can weigh 200 MB. A complete CBCT file can exceed 1 GB. With TrazaLab, you send the file directly — no compression, no splitting, no external services.
Automatic resume: If the connection drops during a large upload, TrazaLab resumes from where it left off. You do not have to start over.

NO VERSION IS EVER LOST
When you upload a new version of a file, the previous one is not deleted. You can go back to any previous version, compare them side by side in TrazaChat, or download any of them.
AUTOMATIC CATEGORIZATION
TrazaLab detects the file type and classifies it: scan, clinical photo, radiograph, CAD design. It also records who uploaded it (surgeon or lab) and at which order stage it was attached.
Full traceability: Every file has a record: who uploaded it, when, from which device, and which order it belongs to. If you need to audit a case history, everything is documented.
