We got your pilot program application. The team will confirm your spot and send your access credentials by email.

1:1 onboarding session

The team books a 30-45 minute setup session with you. We configure your lab profile, create test orders, and help you invite the doctors you already work with.

💡Have the name and email of 1-2 doctors ready so you can invite them during the session.

Step 3

Week 1

Your first real case in TrazaLab

Create your first order, attach the prescription, upload the clinical files, and open a thread in TrazaChat with the doctor. From this moment on, everything stays linked to the case.

Weeks 2-4

TrazaLab as your daily workflow

Every new case comes in through TrazaLab. Doctors get WhatsApp notifications on every update. Approvals are on the record. Your file history grows with every case.

Pilot review

Wrap-up session with the team. What worked, what to tweak, what comes next. Special launch pricing for labs that stick with us. No pressure, no forced contract.

Step 1

Your lab invites you

You get an invitation email

The lab you work with sends you an email invitation. You click, create your account in 2 minutes. Nothing to install.

Step 2

First login

Your portal, your cases, nothing else

When you log in you only see your own cases. The patients your lab has in production. You do not see other doctors cases. You do not see lab internal data.

Step 3

Communication

Messages that know which case they belong to

When the lab messages you, you get a WhatsApp notification with the patient name and the message. You reply directly in TrazaChat.

Step 4

Approvals

Approve with one tap

When the lab shares a photo of the milling or the design, you see it right inside the case. Approve with one click. Reject with a note and photo if needed. Everything stays on record.
