Modo "margen" sin close-up de pared lingual.
Fix: Re-captura TrazaVideo modo margen, escena 2 (rotación) cubriendo al menos 3s sobre la pared lingual.
Fase 3 · Scan
Espesor de pared < 0.8mm en región distal.
Fix: Abrir STL en stl-fixer.html, verificar preparación distal. Retomar impresión si espesor < mínimo del material.
Fase 4 · Clinical
Contradicción con caso anterior del doctor: tono A2 vs A3.5 registrado en últimos 3 casos.
Fix: Confirmar con el doctor si el tono cambió o si es error de selección. Una línea en TrazaChat basta.

What the surgeon and the lab ask first.

What are the 5 phases?
Rx (prescription and ambiguities), Evidence (photos, clips, shade), Scan (STL/DICOM file quality), Clinical (consistency with case history), and Rework (history of previous causes). Each phase has independent analyzers and its own scoring factors.
What are the 3 gates?
Gate 0 — draft, edit mode. Gate 1 — clinic handoff: the surgeon cannot send the case to the lab unless the 5 phases clear threshold. Gate 2 — production entry: the lab validates the case against its standards before opening a fabrication order.
What are the 18 branches?
The possible routes between phases based on detected factors. A case may require re-capture of evidence, a clarification request to the surgeon, scan verification, logging of a doctor's historical preference, or rejection with reason — each path is an auditable branch.
How is each decision audited?
Every transition between gates generates an event in the audit trail with timestamp, actor (surgeon/lab), role, reason, and status. The history is immutable and permanently linked to the case — useful for dispute resolution and continuous improvement.
Can a gate be skipped?
An explicit override is possible with mandatory justification, which is recorded in the audit trail as an exception. Overrides are used for atypical cases — they are not the norm. The lab panel shows the override rate per surgeon to spot patterns.
What does it review?
Validation Gate focuses on preventable gaps that begin before production, including ambiguous prescriptions, insufficient evidence, files that need review, and incomplete clinical details.
