Is TrazaLab compatible with Invisalign / ClinCheck?

TrazaLab accepts any STL, OBJ, or ZIP file exported from ClinCheck, SureSmile, Spark Approver, 3Shape OrthoAnalyzer, OrthoCAD, or Maestro 3D. The lab receives the file uncompressed, linked to the patient case.

Can it manage self-ligating, metal, and ceramic bracket cases?

Yes. The bracket Digital Rx includes fields for system (MBT/Roth/Andrews), slot (.018/.022), material (metal/ceramic/sapphire), and self-ligating yes/no. The technician receives all parameters structured.

Can orthodontists approve the plan before production?

Yes. TrazaLab includes an "In approval" state where the orthodontist reviews the digital setup before the lab prints. If anything changes, the lab receives the new version with a clear diff.

How does it handle aligner sets with 20+ stages?

A single case can have multiple "deliverables" with staggered deadlines. Define stage 1 for June 15, stage 2 for July 5, and so on. TrazaLab notifies you when each stage enters production.

Does it integrate with orthodontic 3D printers?

We do not integrate directly with printers (Asiga, Formlabs, Sprintray), but print-ready STL files export in one click from the panel and feed into the printer queue.
