The rating system weighs multiple factors: work accuracy (based on remake rates), punctuality, communication during the case, and quality of delivered digital files. A lab cannot have 5 stars if it delivers late half the time, no matter how good their zirconia work is.
Additionally, reviews can only be written by doctors who completed at least one case with that lab within TrazaLab. There are no anonymous reviews or fake accounts.
You can search by intraoral scanner compatibility because TrazaLab knows exactly which files each lab has processed. If you filter by "Medit," only labs that have actually received and worked with Medit scanner files appear, not those that simply checked a box claiming they do.
The same goes for specialties: a lab appears as a full-arch specialist only if it has completed a minimum number of those cases with verifiable results. The label is earned, not self-assigned.
