01 · Lab invite
Name the top folder.
In Tools → TrazaFolder the lab sets the top folder name and creates an invite. Copy the code and send it to the dentist — one pairing for that clinic folder.
02 · Dentist desktop
Paste the code once.
The dentist installs TrazaFolder Sync on Mac or Windows, pastes the invite code, and owns the subfolders. Sync stays always-on and opens at login.

03 · Lab inbox
The lab sees the tree.
When the clinic drops files into the folder, the lab sees the mirrored tree in Tools → TrazaFolder. Large files use R2 multipart upload. Download from the lab inbox when you need a file.
