01What is a dental Digital Rx for the laboratory?
It is the structured prescription joined to the clinical case: sites, work type, material, shade, margin, and the other fields the laboratory needs to fabricate. In TrazaLab it is not a loose PDF or a chat thread.
02How is the Digital Rx created in TrazaLab?
The new-case assistant creates the Rx as part of the case. It is then completed and enriched on the case record before it is sent to the laboratory.
03How is it different from a paper or chat work order?
The laboratory order travels with the same case record and linked evidence. The laboratory does not rebuild the request from incomplete paper or loose messages; if something critical is missing, it can request it on that same order.
04What do TrazaCaptura, TrazaTono, TrazaDetalle, TrazaMordida, and TrazaVideo do?
They contribute evidence to the same case and the same Rx: clinical photos, shade reference, preparation detail, bite/occlusion, and functional video when the treatment requires it. They organize evidence for human review; they do not diagnose or certify automatically.
05Can an incomplete or contradictory Rx be sent?
RxValidator and Validation Gate review the Rx and package before send. They can block contradictory combinations or incomplete requirements according to case rules. Some checks warn without blocking; the system does not promise that an open field never exists.
06What does the laboratory receive?
The same case with the Rx and linked evidence, plus the laboratory handoff sheet for the physical package. If information is missing, the laboratory can request more data on that case without rebuilding the order from scratch.
07Is the TL–5118 example a real patient?
No. TL–5118 is a synthetic illustrative case. It does not contain real patient data.
