1Plans, trial and renewal

1. Free plan.You can use the free plan without a card and without an end date, within the limits shown on Pricing.
2. 14-day trial.You can try a paid plan for 14 days without entering a card. With no card on file, nothing is charged when the trial ends.
3. Billing.Paid plans are charged in advance, in US dollars (USD), through Stripe. They renew automatically at the end of each monthly or annual period until you cancel.
4. Price changes.If we change your plan’s price, we will tell you before the next renewal, with the notice set out in the Terms of Service. The new price applies from that renewal.

2How to cancel

1. When.You can cancel at any time, without penalty.
2. How.Email info@trazalab.com from the account administrator’s address. We will confirm the cancellation in writing.
3. Effect.Cancelling stops the next renewal. The paid plan stays active until the end of the period already charged, and nothing more is charged.

3Refunds

1. Periods already charged.Charges for periods already started, monthly or annual, are not refunded in full or in part, because the free trial lets you evaluate the plan before paying.
2. Duplicate or mistaken charges.If you are charged twice, or an amount that does not match your plan, we will refund the difference to the same payment method.
3. Applicable law.Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under an applicable consumer law that cannot be excluded by contract.

To ask for a charge to be reviewed, write with its date and amount.

4Your data when you cancel

If you decide to close your account, you have 14 days to export all your data before it is permanently deleted, as described in Backup and continuity.
